The short answer is probably.

Jumpstart and Kickstart are philosophically cousins.  They both use
dhcp/bootp, tftp and nfs.  Kickstart adds the ftp and http methods.  You
will need to figure out what to put in the place of the pxelinux.bin
files for the Jumpstart's to work.  That is your mini-kernel and initrd
which will then be used to pull the rest of the stuff.

The beauty of both methods is that nothing specific to the machine being
installed has to run on the server.  Just basic services.  Definitely
get the Jumpstart book and read it with an open mind.
