And SuSE Yast has also the possibility to do automatic installations. Havent
used it myself, but it seemes to be pretty similar to Kickstart, only
easier.
Also I have heard of some other tool, unsure about the name, could it be
Anna?

Debian has FAI (Fully Automated Installer). It's very different from ks.
There is also the third-party systemimager which facilitates cloning
systems.
I've had a bit of a look at FAI, and read about systemimager.
