Hi,
In kickstart file, under packages, we mention our
application RPM which is installed along with default
Linux RPMS.
In the das.spec of our application RPM, we extract the
tomcat ROOT.war in the %post section. We need to
extract ROOT.war before starting tomcat, since we
create a link to one of the class files with our
application file.
( Tomcat will extarct ROOT.war, if not already
extracted, provided, the ROOT directory does not exist
)
But when the RPM is installed, the ROOT directory is
created but the ROOT.war is not extracted.
Any reason why this is happening ? Any solutions for
this problem.
Any help in this regard is appreciated.
Thanks Much,
Sarika
