timezone settings in Kickstart

I know that I am overlooking this somewhere, but can someone tell me if
I can do the following in a kickstart file:

timezone --utc UTC

The timeconfig command doesn't list GMT or UTC anymore. This is for a
RedHat 9 setup, by the way.
