If any other packages depend on sendmail (or one of its "provides", e.g.
smtpdaemon), then it will be added back.

$ rpm --redhatrequires smtpdaemon
fetchmail-6.2.0-3
mdadm-1.5.0-3
mutt-1.4.1-3.4

Do you have any of these packages included. If so, try subtracting them
from the packagelist as well.
