Is patch 24/25 missing?

I tried
git branch thread-safe b726fa0fa5a91eee0af2f996c784d13593cd7616
git checkout thread-safe
git am --interactive /home/bguthro/.thunderbird/tiloddj9.default/Mail/Local\ Folders/thread-safe

and got through most of these, but it seemed to fail on patch 25:
