[libvirt] Concerning umlInotifyEvent

At the top of umlInotifyEvent in uml_driver.c there is this test:

    if (watch != driver->inotifyWatch)
        return;

This doesn't seem to be correct.  I have to comment out the test to get
libvirtd to work with UML.
