 I suggest you install the xhtml1-dtds package (or equivalent this is on
Fedora), after applying the patch rebuilding brings the following set of
errors:

Generating drvone.html.tmp
drvone.html.in:93: element a: validity error : ID toc already defined

  you can't cut and paste multiple name ID though the document
and the HTML wasn't correct w.r.t some opening and ending paragraph tags

  After fixing those, the output is XHTML1 valid:

Generating drvone.html.tmp
Validating drvone.html
rm drvone.html.tmp

  After that, applied and commited,
