[libvirt] Passing -no-kvm-irqchip to KVM/QEMU guests

As a hack, you can point the XML file to a wrapper script instead of
the KVM binary, where the script would contain e.g.:

  #!/bin/sh
  exec /usr/bin/kvm "$@" -no-kvm-irqchip
