[Linux-cachefs] Patching 2.6.18 possible?

Hi there,

I'm currently going to build new Xen domU x86-64 kernels based on the
2.6.18.8 tree provided by xensource. I could extract the Xen patches
and start with a Vanilla 2.6.18.

My question is, are there any patchsets for nfs+fscache which would
"better" fit into 2.6.18?
