[Linux-cachefs] Build current cachefs for rhel 5?

I have been looking around and I was wondering if there was any 
documentation on how to build the current version of cachefs for RHEL 5? 
If not what would be the recommended way of building a test box?  If 
there is a wiki or something I could be pointed to that would be great.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
