[Linux-cachefs] what needs one filesystem for run with Cache-FS?

What things i need to implement in one filesystem for that filesystem runs
with Cache-FS? What functions?

I think my filesystem needs to be able to create index, what more things?

What's the relation between the module and the filesystem?
