[Linux-cluster] luci misc.lock_file problem

I am having a problem with luci, I get the following error

However, it looks like it exists to me....

/usr/lib/luci/zope/lib/python/Zope2/Startup/misc/lock_file.py
/usr/lib/luci/zope/lib/python/Zope2/Startup/misc/lock_file.pyc

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
