[Linux-cluster] Conga page makeover

A new conga page is available that has download links for conga compiled 
for fc6. It also has a cookbook of a couple dozen common use case 
recipes...the list of pre-reqs for setting up VMs as services is pretty 
extensive and hopefully helpful.

We are still completing the FAQ section and some of the recipes are not 
complete yet.
