[Linux-cluster] Changing journal size with GFS2

The FAQ says that with GFS2, it will be possible to add journals w/o
extending the file system. Does this require redo mkfs?

Also, will it be possible to change (both increase and decrease) journal
size w/o extending file system or redo mkfs?
