Yes, I modified ll_rw_block.c to make it compile (not too difficult tought I'm not a kernel specialist. Then everything works except that I have strange locks when doing LVM + raid hot-swap! Here is the ll_rw_block.c file. Hope it will work for you. If it works, could you please make and distribute a raid+LVM for 2.2.16 patch?
