You need to get the recent LVM 0.9.1 Beta 7 sofware from www.sistina.com
in order to get a couple of bugs fixed.
Please follow the LVM 0.9.1 Beta 7 link and the installation and kernel
patch descriptions in the files LVM/INSTALL and LVM/PATCHES/README
contained in the tarball you'll find there
