[linux-lvm] LVM 0.9.1 beta2 in 2.4.1-pre12

Hi all,

Linus included LVM 0.9.1 beta2 in 2.4.1-pre12.

If you use this prerelease, you don't need to apply the patch contained
in the LVM distribution any longer.

We'll release a patch with the beta3 changes soon.
