[linux-lvm] Yay - LVM finally made it

Just FYI,
Linus has finally merged Alan's LVM patches into the main kernel.  It
says "1.0-rc4(ish)" for the version, so it may need a few patches still.
It's a lot better than 0.9.1-rc2 or whatever used to be there.
