[linux-lvm] lvcreate segfault in vg_setup_pointers_for_snapshots

Hmm, 1.0.1-rc2 segfaults aswell :/  Perhaps it's something else.  I'm
using the stock compiler from 7.1.  Not too sure what it is or how to
find it.
