[linux-lvm] vgcreate on md: vgcreate -- ERROR "pv_read(): read" reading physical volumes

Hello,

I noticed my kernel has LVM 1.0.5 but my tools were
1.0.3. I built the 1.0.6 tools but they gave the same
error.

Please advise.
