[linux-lvm] CVS repository move

As those of you who read the lvm-commit mailing list will be aware,
The LVM CVS repositories have been moved to sources.redhat.com.

I have quickly put together some web pages to help everyone keep track 
of the current locations of the various LVM and device-mapper development
resources.

    LVM:           http://sources.redhat.com/lvm/ 
    LVM2:          http://sources.redhat.com/lvm2/
    device-mapper: http://sources.redhat.com/dm/

These pages will gradually be extended to include extra information.
