[linux-lvm] unique identification of lv

Hi Everyone

Is there is any way  to idenntify the logical  volume like we have uuid for
a vg .
Can we use the lv creation time, lv no ,and vg uuid as a combination ,will
it work
if yes how to get the lv creation time .
i am using LVM1
