[linux-lvm] beginner questions

Now that I think about it... I think the LVM for Linux is called
Logical Volume Manager?

It has been so long since I've had to read the docs...

Anyway, I don't think the LVM on AIX and LVM in Linux are similar
enough to get the answers you are looking for.
