[linux-lvm] lvm create a large amount of lv seems problem

Hi,Zdenek
Sorry.
My OS is CentOS 6.2 used lvm2.
There is a sample error.When I using that shell creating lv ,the lvm2
can't find pv.

The annex is the trace of failing command.
