Amon Ott has released another version of RSBAC, for 2.1.115 now.

MAC Bell-LaPadula Mandatory Access Control (no compartements yet)
CWI Clark-Wilson-Integrity (only basics implemented)
FC Functional Control. A simple role based model
SIM Security Information Modification
PM Privacy Model. Simone Fischer-Hubner's Privacy Model
MS Malware Scan
He uses a /rsbac directory for his database, so you don't have to
worry about ext2 hacks. That could come later.
