RHEL ES to AS

We currently have all the CDs for RHEL4 ES. However we want to install 
AS on a particular machine. Is it only necessary to download the first 
CD of AS and then use the other 3CDs from ES to install? Will this work? 
Will I miss any packages/capabilities by doing this?
