RPMs for php-oci8 for RHEL3?

Howdy all: Does anyone know of a source of php-oci8 rpms for RHEL3? Failing that, does anyone have a link to some documentation to get such capability on an RHEL3 system?

I really, REALLY hate relying upon hacked up old Perl scripts for any interactions I have with Oracle DBs. I'd much prefer to work in my language of choice...
