debuginfo rpms available?

I'm just looking at a problem with cyrus-sasl and I need the debuginfo RPMs.

I notice the debuginfo RPMs are available for Fedora Core 3, but I can't 
find them for RHEL4 -- are they available or am I going to have to build 
the source RPM myself?   (It's not impossible to do that, it's just 
tedious and, unless things have changed since RHEL3, I'll wind up 
installing my own RPMs instead of the ones that RHEL4 shipped with.)
