There is a child channel only for AS.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS (v. 4 for 32-bit x86)
 RHEL AS (v. 4 for x86) Extras
 RHEL AS (v. 4 for x86) Hardware Certification
 
This may be an oversight. I don't know of any technical reason you
couldn't run them on ES or WS. I'll ask around on Monday.
