RHEL 4: Network Unreachable

Hi All

I have installed RHEL 4 on an IA64 machine with SELinux Active and no
Firewall. I have also configured the eth0 card and it shows the ip address
assigned by executing ifconfig command. But the machine is unreachable on
Network. Neither the other machines nor this machine can ping to other.
Earlier I have RHEL 2.1 update 4 with every thing working fine.

Any clue.....
