Creating RHEL 4 DVD

I created a RHEL 4 DVD following some instuctions I found in the 
archives of this distribution list.  The procedure seemed to have worked 
fine, but when I tried to use the image to install a system, I get an 
error that it cannot find the hwdata-0.146.1.EL-1 package when it begins 
trying to install the packages.

Does anyone have any tips?
