I agree for sure but in this case the kickstart reference for RHEL4 at http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-4-Manual/sysadmin-guide/s1-kickstart2-options.html
does seem to include the references to selinux options. Maybe this has been ammended since Sean originally looked there.
