I would advice to use:
http://dag.wieers.com/packages/webmin
using up2date as explained in the FAQ at:
http://dag.wieers.com/home-made/apt/FAQ.php#B4
It should resolve all depencenies by itself and you'll end up with a much
better RPM packages than the official one on the Webmin website.
