Question for lucida font error from xorg

Hi,

I started seeing the following error from RHELv4.   It is complaining 
about the lucida font.   When I checked the 
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi and 75dpi
fonts.alias defined lucida (iso8859), but there were no corresponding 
entries in fonts.dir and also no pcf.gz files associated with lucida for 
iso8859.
So, xlsfonts works fine, but it looks lucida fonts are actually not 
available under the current xorg.  

Then, I decided to download the latest font files from Xfree86.org and 
moved the lucida related pcf.gz files to /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/100dpi 
(and 75dpi) and edited fonts.dir files both for 100dpi and 75dpi, but it 
did not work.     Do I need to do something more from there?  Or do I 
have to force install old XFree86 font rpms ?
