Have you considered using PXE booting? It's a bit of a pain to setup
the first time but once you have it, you'll not remember how you lived
without it. There's nothing better than doing a "nothing but net"
install in front of someone who's never seen one before to impress them.
And not having to go searching for boot media all the time is nice too.
I have been using PXE boot & linux install for years. It is fantastic.
I find that the RedHat setup tools just seem to get in way but
configuring by hand is not hard.
However.... recently I set up EL4 to install via PXE & http but when it
comes to package selection, I only get the option to do a minimal
install (which works fine). Any ideas?
