Huh.  I must admit I haven't looked what is exactly on the first CD 
since FC1 or
maybe FC2 days (so, way before RHEL4 was out).  I usually just toss everything
onto installation server (preferrably from DVD media, if available) and do
network install (booting from whatever I can place my hand first, as long as
machine will boot from that)...
