tried to start firefox browser as root. But it did not start from both
command line and gui from menu. It seems it is trying to start (I see
hour glass starting when it starts from gui) but exits without any
error. I removed it (rpm -e), and reinstalled (up2date) a few times,
but it did not work.
Could you advise me where to look ? Is there any log somewhere ? I
googled, but no luck. Konqueror works fine, but that is not what I want.
Try renaming the .mozilla folder within the home directory.
If no joy there, try running 'strace /usr/bin/firefox'
Look towards end and see if any errors/problems jump out at you...
