Apache in D state after U2 update

Hi,
I experienced a lot of Apache child in D state and nothing doing (I
attached strace). This happens under higher load (concurrent reading
from the same file etc).
I experienced this since 17.EL kernel and I experienced this under x86
and x86_64 architecture too.
Anybody other seen this too?
