Why not download the RPM from RawHide / Fedora Development? Or take the
SRPM from RawHide and use the kernel sources you prefer with their spec
file.
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/SRPMS/kernel-2.6.13-1.1629_FC5.src.rpm
Note, according to the fedora-devel build report, this SRPM actually
contains the 2.6.14 rc4 kernel.
