Also, on some motherboards, the BIOS will report if CPU is EM64T.  You 
can also
check what CPU exactly is inside, and consult Intel website to see if it is
EM64T (newer Xeons are EM64T, as well as Pentium D and Extreme and some 
Celeron
D (LGA775 socket only)).
