Sorry, I guess it does make sense to include that :)
usb 1-3: new high speed USB device using address 10
usb 1-3: control timeout on ep0in
usb 1-3: device not accepting address 10, error -71

So you see that it tries address 10, and then 11, but then it doesn't
try again. By the way, this is after I've tried several other addresses
with it, (8 and 9, and before that 6 and 7...) Thanks!
