RHEL and "scaling" on IBM x460

Trying to wrangle some info from IBM at the moment, but can anyone here
comment on the delay for support of RHEL 4 on the IBM x460 server when
scaled beyond a single chassis (in 64-bit)?  

I have a feeling it has to do with the drivers for the IBM chipset/IB
interconnect, but was really hoping to have something a bit more
concrete to tell my customers.  I have been in touch with IBM TechLine
and the X3 product manager Jose Luis Oria but have not heard anything at
this point.
