openldap 2.2.13-4 fixes

Does anybody know exactly what "database deadlock" issues were fixed  
in 2.2.13-4.  The changelog is rather "spartan", and errata just says  
some deadlock issues were fixed.  Is a fix for deadlock that occurs  
when using syncrepl included?
