Look at installing your own .desktop files. See the following for
examples:
rpm -ql gnome-utils | grep desktop
/usr/share/applications/gnome-dictionary.desktop
/usr/share/applications/gnome-gcalctool.desktop
/usr/share/applications/gnome-gfloppy.desktop
/usr/share/applications/gnome-gucharmap.desktop
/usr/share/applications/gnome-search-tool.desktop
