I dont know if it is a cabling issue. The patch seems to have come in
on Oct 5th. It is supposed to fire off DNS queries as a sub-process
ypserv-2.13-dns-lookup.patch
Check to see if ypserv is (not) using the -b or -dns flag... and if it
has any effect. if not I think this patch may have crept something
else in.
I havent used ypserv in such a long time I dont know much beyond that
at the moment.
