Check the modes on the file and all the directories in the path to the
module it is looking for (/usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.5/x86_64-
linux-thread-multi/auto/DBD/Oracle/Oracle.so). We've seen lots of
situations where third-party perl modules seem to install with
directories that are only root accessible.
