	Richard. I guess it all depends on how many systems you are talking about.  
If you are talking about a small business that you think you could switch 
over yourself. Just do it one client at a time, and then hit the server(s).  
Just make one to play with, and learn what you can.  Once you can incorperate 
SAMBA (The Window networking tool for Linux), you can start knocking your 
Windows systems out one-by-one.  

	It's probably best that you don't hire someone to do it.  If you can do it 
yourself. You can save on all the expenses of having to get a Linux 
Technician to fix your network when it goes down, or whatever.  There are 
lots of good forums out there, and IRC channels to where you can get 
on-the-spot answers for your questions.  I'm not sure that I can list any 
here, but they are not hard to find.
