Yes, that's the link to download the MIT but not the link to just download 
the EULA (End-User License Agreement) for it.

there is a separate download for the EULA usually available for review and 
study other than having to start the download and copying the text for 
review WITHOUT acceptance.

So far the only way to review the mit_eula is to start a download for the 
product, cut and paste the eula and cancel the download.
