Thanks for the case study. This is the direction we are looking at moving to. 
Where you have access to multiple platforms from a single thin-client. We are 
on the process of putting this together with some old Toshiba laptops that were 
donated to our school. We are also testing whether we can run both a Linux 
terminal server and a windows terminal server on a single server utilizing 
something like VMWare. We have some smaller schools that can't justify having 
both systems, but with a little extra RAM we might be able to do both on one 
machine.
